Terms of Sale

1. The watches we sell

Every watch offered is second-hand ("certified pre-owned") unless expressly described otherwise. Each is inspected, authenticated and, where required, serviced before sale. Condition is described honestly on each product page. Photographs show the actual piece offered.

2. Prices and currency

• Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed by us in writing.
• Buyers outside Switzerland may be able to purchase free of Swiss VAT; import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Where you pay in euro by SEPA, the euro amount is fixed on the proforma invoice at our applicable rate.

3. Reservation and formation of contract

Submitting the checkout form places a reservation; it is not yet a contract. We hold the piece for 48 hours while we verify availability and issue a proforma invoice. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your reservation in writing.

4. Payment

We settle by bank transfer and cryptocurrency. We do not accept card payments and this website collects no card data at any point.

5. Returns

We offer a voluntary right of return: you may return any watch within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price, provided the watch is unworn, unaltered, and returned complete.

6. Warranty & Authenticity

Every watch carries our 12-month warranty against defects in the movement and a lifetime authenticity guarantee.
